Ai Literacy

This is a growing area that will be as important as the technological developments of generative-AI expand and develop.

There seems to be two ways of talking about AI Literacy

1. coming from the major corporate entities such as Anthropic (who have developed their own short courses https://www.anthropic.com/learn/claude-for-you)
2. A more critical (and academic) understanding that looks at AI Literacy beyond the tool to consider all the aspects that impact and shape AI Systems. Ie. material, labour, environmental costs etc.
